Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final and refunds are not available.

If the painting you purchase does not suit your space, you may request a return within 14 days of the original purchase date. Once the artwork has been returned, you may choose either:

• an exchange for another painting of equal or lesser value, or
• store credit for a future purchase

Returned artworks must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• For exchanges, customers are also responsible for shipping costs for the new artwork

When returning an artwork, I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

International Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange a painting, please email: info@davidagenjo.com

within 14 days of receiving your order and include the following:

• Your name and email address
• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
• The painting you would like to return or exchange
• The reason for the return

Once your request has been approved, you will have 14 days to return the artwork. Instructions for international returns will be provided by email.
