Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of original artworks and made-to-order fine art prints, refunds are not available.
Original Paintings
Returns for exchange or store credit may be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Once the artwork has been returned, you may choose either:
- an exchange for another painting of equal or lesser value, or
- store credit for a future purchase
Store credit does not expire.
Returned artworks must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Fine Art Prints
Limited edition and open edition prints are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and packaging.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- For exchanges, customers are also responsible for shipping costs for the new artwork
When returning an artwork, I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

International Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an original painting, please email:
info@davidagenjo.com
within 14 days of receiving your order and include the following information:
- Your name and email address
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- The artwork you would like to return or exchange
- The reason for the return
Once your request has been approved, you will have 14 days to return the artwork. Instructions for international returns will be provided by email.

- United States — £37.50 (DHL Express courier)
- Canada — £40 (DHL Express courier)
- Rest of the World — £70 (DHL Express courier)

Original Paintings
Shipping costs for original paintings vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork.
For larger works or international deliveries, shipping quotes may be arranged individually after purchase or upon request.
All artworks and prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
