Original Paintings

Free delivery to Europe and the United States is included with all original paintings.

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

For destinations outside Europe and the United States, shipping quotes may be arranged individually after purchase or upon request.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited edition prints are hand-signed, hand-numbered, and dispatched directly by the artist.

  • United Kingdom: Free delivery (2–4 working days)
  • EU & EEA: Free delivery (4–7 working days)
  • Rest of the World: £15 shipping (7–10 working days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local postal services.

Open Edition Prints

Open edition prints are produced and fulfilled by The Print Space through the CreativeHub fulfilment service.

  • United Kingdom & Germany: Free delivery (1–3 working days)
  • European Union: £5 shipping (2–5 working days)
  • EEA: £10 shipping (2–5 working days)
  • United States: £37.50 shipping (3–7 working days)
  • Canada: £40 shipping (4–8 working days)
  • Rest of the World: £70 shipping (5–10 working days)

Please allow an additional 1–3 working days for production before dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of original artworks and made-to-order fine art prints, refunds are not available.

Original Paintings

Returns for exchange or store credit may be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Once the artwork has been returned, you may choose either:

  • An exchange for another artwork of equal or lesser value, or
  • Store credit for a future purchase

Store credit does not expire.

Returned artworks must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Limited Edition Prints

As limited edition prints are hand-signed, hand-numbered, and produced in strictly limited quantities, returns and exchanges are not available unless the print arrives damaged.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and packaging.

Open Edition Prints

Open edition prints are produced to order and fulfilled by The Print Space through the CreativeHub fulfilment service.

Returns and exchanges are not available unless the print arrives damaged or defective.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and packaging.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges, customers are also responsible for shipping costs for the replacement artwork.
  • When returning an artwork, a tracked and insured shipping service is strongly recommended.
  • I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

International Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to request a return or exchange for an original painting, please contact: info@davidagenjo.com

within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your order number
  • The artwork you would like to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return

Once approved, instructions for returning the artwork will be provided by email.
