All artworks are subject to availability. In the rare event that an artwork becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a replacement artwork (if applicable) or a full refund.
All prices displayed on the website are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation.
Artwork Representation
Every effort is made to accurately display the colours, textures, and details of each artwork.
Please note that slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade nature of original artworks and fine art prints.
Fine art prints are digitally scanned directly from the original paintings to ensure optimum colour accuracy and detail reproduction.
Delivery
Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of original artworks and made-to-order fine art prints, refunds are not available. Return and exchange requests may be accepted in accordance with the Shipping & Returns policy.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and packaging so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Liability

Shipping & Returns
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of original artworks and made-to-order fine art prints, refunds are not available.
Original Paintings
Returns for exchange or store credit may be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Once the artwork has been returned, you may choose either:
Store credit does not expire.
Returned artworks must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Fine Art Prints
Limited edition and open edition prints are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and packaging.
Please note:
When returning an artwork, I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
